However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 Day, Full Money-Back Guarantee on all purchased.
- If you are not happy with your item, firstly please contact us to confirm you will be returning it
- Please return the item to us within its original packaging (including padded envelope) and enclose in the pre-paid and addressed plastic envelope we have provided to you with your item
- Please drop off the parcel at your local Post Office® branch for dispatch
- Do NOT post in a post box
- International returns, as with purchases need to be pre-approved and discussed so please contact us directly via email. You will be responsible for returning safely and any costs incurred including customs & duty
- Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase to request a refund
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. This will be refunded to you within 48 hours via the same method you paid
- If your return is approved (undamaged, unbroken and unaltered) we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) for the full cost of the item(s). We cannot accept returns on resized or altered items
