This 18ct gold ring dates from the late Art Deco period. It is set with a vertical panel of square-cut emeralds, framed by single-cut diamonds in a finely detailed white gold mount. The elongated form, geometric layout, and use of milgrain are characteristic of the period, while the contrast between the yellow gold shank and white gold setting reflects the transitional design of the era. A well-balanced example of late Art Deco craftsmanship.
